I have been busy the last couple of weeks, the reason why I have bad quality on my pictures and the lack of motivation. I’m studying, my flat is under construction and I’m working.

This weekend though, I will start with crossfit and I cant wait. I have been doing a bit of crossfit before but I’m really into this now… 😀 I will show you pictures of my progress during the first month…

Anyway, I made this lovely mix of roasted vegs with sage and basil. My boyfriend was more than pleased, it was so yummy. To not make the vegs so dry, put a few tomatoes and it also gives everything a nice taste, and even better with the sage. The tomatoes are from my boyfriends nan’s garden. So all BIODYNAMIC!!!
