I have been so bad since I went on holiday, now that I have come back I just eating loads of carbs and lots of coffee. Not thinking really.
I did work out a lot when I was away, I did mostly home training and that has helped me to not lose my shape. Although, I need to get back to my normal routine.

On the picture you can see my home made granola I made for a few weeks ago, I have continued doing it and I love it. Much more taste, I know what I put in my stomach and I chose what to add.

Anyhow, just want to remind you of my food page on instagram. I post everything there and it is more frequent than my blog.
